Unified Channel Architecture

Every channel shares a single ingress: the SMSLY REST API. Messages are normalized into an internal envelope, enriched with routing metadata, and dispatched through channel-specific adapters that handle protocol translation, delivery tracking, and compliance formatting.

Adaptive routing selects the optimal carrier in real time based on latency, cost, and success history. When a channel degrades, failover is automatic — no retry logic needed on your side.
