1. Service Access

By utilizing SMSLYCLOUD infrastructure, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our communication services. This access is subject to compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and established fair usage guidelines.

2. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service suspension by our security systems:

  • Distribution of high-volume unsolicited messages (spam).
  • Engagement in deceptive practices, including phishing and unauthorized sender spoofing.
  • Transmission of content that violates regional laws or international regulations.

3. Performance and Rate Limiting

To ensure platform stability and service quality for all users, we enforce strict rate limits and performance monitoring. Exceeding these limits without prior authorization may result in temporary throttling of your service access.

4. Liability and Indemnification

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we target 99.99% service availability, we are not responsible for failures in third-party networks, including telecommunications carriers. You agree to indemnify and hold SMSLYCLOUD harmless against any claims arising from your use of the platform.
