Outbound message requests are validated, formatted into Meta-compliant JSON payloads, and dispatched via low-latency HTTP/2 endpoints. Inbound messages and receipt webhooks are handled by a distributed receiver cluster, which normalizes the payloads and delivers them to your application in under 300ms, enabling real-time conversational experiences.

Session & State Synchronization

WhatsApp enforces strict 24-hour customer service windows. SMSLY maintains a stateful session tracker that monitors user interaction events. When a user sends an inbound message, the system registers an open session window. If an agent tries to send a free-form message outside this window, SMSLY automatically alerts the application or converts the message into an approved template format to prevent delivery rejection.

Omnichannel Fallback to SMS & RCS

Not all customers are active on WhatsApp at any given moment. SMSLY allows you to set intelligent retry paths. If a critical WhatsApp notification does not receive a "delivered" status within 2 minutes, SMSLY's orchestration engine automatically falls back, sending the message as a standard SMS or an RCS message.
